We all have our guilty pleasures, but sometimes we forget that snacks don’t always have to be unhealthy. You can eliminate the refined carbs, excess sugars and saturated fats from your diet while still enjoying a satisfying snack.

Here are some of our favourite healthy snacks.

Organic Popcorn

Popcorn might not seem like a very healthy snack, mainly because most of us drench our popcorn in butter, or toss it in cheap salts, chocolate, or caramel. Movie theatre popcorn and microwavable popcorn are inherently unhealthy, but that doesn’t mean all popcorn is bad for you.

Organic Popcorn is actually rich in polyphenols, which help to decrease aging process by providing antioxidants to the body. You can enjoy popcorn in a healthy way by adding herbs and spices such as chili powder, garlic powder, or basil!

Organic Fruit Bears

This might be my personal favourite. Our Organic Fruit Bears is a snack that is nearly impossible to put down once you get started.

You might think that there’s no way this candy-like treat can be healthy, but it is! By eating 40 grams of our 100-gram bag, you can receive 100% of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C. There is no refined sugar added, instead we only use natural ingredients such as Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Juice Concentrates and Organic Tapioca Syrup.

Organic Jelly Beans

This is another one of our favourite healthy candies. We should say that although our candies aren’t unhealthy, this isn’t the best way to get your daily nutrients. We just want to promote clean snacks!

Much of the stigma around prunes is just from the name! That’s why the California Prune Board pressured the FDA to change the name to dried plums. Afterwords, sales shot up across the United States.

Organic Dried Apple Slices
