Main Ingredients and Functions

Non-GMO Soy Powder – This important nutrient is known to be an excellent source of plant-based protein. It contains a high volume of Essential Amino Acids (EAA), which are not produced by the body and must be obtained through our diet. Soybean protein can be used effectively for bodybuilding. It builds strength and lean muscle mass, and increase fat metabolism in glycogen-depleted participants, particularly for those who are vegetarian, vegan, or lactose intolerant.

Soy Contains High Amounts of:

  • Phytoestrogens  – particularly isoflavones — which means that it is likely to have a positive hormonal impact on both men and women. And in fact, some studies have shown that consuming soy products can help with menopausal symptoms in women and prostate problems in men. Studies on the benefits of soy in regard to menopausal bone health and the prevention of breast health issues.
  • Arginine (Amino Acid) helps ward off both mental and physical fatigue, also helps to facilitate muscle growth through promoting the release of both growth hormone and insulin in the body during intense exercise such as bodybuilding. This amino acid may lower LDL cholesterol levels in the bloodstream and increase lipid (fat) metabolism. Due to its ability to produce nitric oxide, it increases blood flow, and thus delivers more nutrients to the muscles and promotes growth.
  • Glutamine (Amino Acid) – body uses glutamine to transport nitrogen to tissues. It increases muscle cell volume through cellular hydration. Glutamine plays an important role in growth hormone levels, which leads to muscles using fatty acids for fuel rather than blood sugar.
  • Arginine and Glutamine are non-essential amino acids. The body must have the right combination of non-essential and essential amino acids in sufficient quantities in order to aid development.
  • Soy is low in saturated fats and has no cholesterol. The consumption of soy products has been associated with cardiovascular health. Specifically, it has been found that diets high in soy products are associated with lower blood pressure, as well as triglyceride and cholesterol levels.

Canadian Wild Chaga  – contains a high amount of pure natural Phyto-fibre (Chitin), which is a miracle food that flicks fat out of the body. It is a powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger. It possesses detoxification power and binds dietary lipids by reducing intestinal lipid absorption. Fiber fills you up and prevents you from overeating during meals. Fiber stimulates movement within the large intestine and therefore prompts a regular pattern of bowel movements, resulting in getting the harmful substances out and elimination of fat absorption. Fibre also works for treating constipation. Fiber adds bulk and pulls water into the stool which contributes to a gel-like stool consistency that smoothly passes through the body.

Garcinia Cambogia  – Garcinia is a sweet, tropical fruit that typically grows in Southeast Asia. In the world of natural ways to the removal of fat, no name surpasses Garcinia Cambogia as the most recommended natural supplement on the market. The active ingredient in the fruit’s rind, Hydroxycitric acid, appears to block an enzyme called citrate lyase, which is used in the body to generate fat. Garcinia cambogia also raises levels of the brain chemical – Serotonin, which may make the human feel less hungry.

Angelica P.E. (Dong Quai)  – Angelica root contains vitamin B12, Zinc, Thiamine, Sucrose, Riboflavin, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Fructose, Glucose, and many other trace minerals. It increases blood circulation, regulates the female hormone system, balances hormones naturally, eases menstrual pain, and enhances skin radiance. Angelica naturally provides balance and support for women’s unique rhythms, cycles, and bodily functions. For this reason, it is also commonly known as “female ginseng”.

Radix Paeoniae Rubra Aqueous Extract (RPRAE)  – This is a famous and highly prized blood tonic used to relax muscles and cleanse the blood. It is one of the most highly prized women’s herbs used traditionally to help regulate the female hormonal cycle. In ancient times, women used it as a skin brighten agent. RPRAE extract shows that it works against CCl4-induced hepatic damage.

Kale  – Kale provides 49 calories and is a rich source (20% or more of the Daily Value, DV) of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese. Kale is a good source of thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, and several dietary minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus.

Natural Astaxanthin  – Natural Astaxanthin is exceptionally powerful in singlet-oxygen quenching. A study analyzed several popular antioxidants and their antioxidant power was stronger than vitamin C, CoQ1o, and the catechins of green tea. Its unique molecular lipophilic and hydrophilic properties span the entire cell. It has been shown to protect the body’s largest organ – skin. The studies are clear and consistent and show excellent results for helping with skin moisture levels, smoothness, elasticity, fine wrinkles, and spots or freckles.

Theobroma Cacao Powder  – Drinking a cup of hot cacao before meals can increase lipid (fat) metabolism. This is due to cacao’s MAO inhibitors, which shrink appetite. According to a new study by Harvard researchers, cocoa contains over 700 known compounds, actually has significant health benefits. In 2006, the Journal of Nutrition concentrated on a group of antioxidants known as flavanols. Flavanols give the skin extra protection against free radicals. Free radicals are the reactive forms of oxygen generated when UV light hits the skin. It is well established that the aging of the skin caused by sunlight is largely the result of damage to the skin’s proteins caused by these free radicals. In 2006, the study found that women who drank cacao with at least 326 mg of flavanols a day had better skin texture, improved microcirculation, increased oxygen saturation, and improved skin hydration – keeps us looking and feeling younger longer.

Natural Vitamin E (alpha Tocopheryl succinate)  – Natural source vitamin E is a key nutrient for heart health, immune support, and nerve and muscle function. As an antioxidant with a powerful punch, vitamin E is an essential ally against pollution, aging, toxins, and other causes of free radical damage.

Our bodies constantly generate free radicals. Normally, the body can handle free radicals, but if antioxidants are unavailable, or if the free-radical production becomes excessive, cellular damage can occur. Particularly, it can occur in tissues that contain high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as the brain and central nervous system. As an antioxidant, vitamin E may act as a protective shield for our bodies. It also protects other vitamins (such as vitamins A and C) from oxidation.

According to the National Library of Medicine of the United States  https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12672706/  In 1982, it was established that alpha-tocopheryl succinate (alpha-TS) was the most effective form of vitamin E in comparison to alpha-tocopherol, alpha-tocopheryl acetate and alpha-tocopheryl nicotinate in inducing differentiation, inhibition of proliferation and apoptosis in cancer cells, depending upon its concentration. During the last two decades, several studies have confirmed this observation in rodent and human cancer cells in culture and in vivo (animal model).

Natural Vitamin D  – This vitamin assists calcium in building strong bones and helps regulate the immune system and the neuromuscular system. Vitamin D also plays a major role in the life cycle of human cells. The natural form of vitamin D encourages cells to adapt to their organ.

Vitamin D has shown preventative benefits for many diseases. Optimizing your vitamin D levels may help you prevent more than 16 different types of cell mutations. Theories linking vitamin D deficiency to cell mutation have been tested and confirmed in more than 200 epidemiological studies and more than 2,500 laboratory studies.

Vitamin C Vitamin C is required for the biosynthesis of collagen, L-carnitine, essential for converting fats into energy, and certain neurotransmitters. Vitamin C is essential for developing and repairing body tissues. Collagen is an essential component of connective tissue, which plays a vital role in wound healing. Moreover, its anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce skin irritation, dark spots, and redness.

In addition, Vitamin C is also an important physiological antioxidant and has been shown to regenerate other antioxidants within the body, including alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E). Ongoing research is examining whether vitamin C, by limiting the damaging effects of free radicals through its antioxidant activity, might help prevent or delay the development of certain cancers, cardiovascular disease, and other diseases in which oxidative stress plays a causal role. In addition to its biosynthetic and antioxidant functions, vitamin C plays an important role in immune function. https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminC-HealthProfessional/#:~:text=Vitamin%20C%2C%20also%20known%20as,available%20as%20a%20dietary%20supplement

Notably, unlike most animals, humans cannot synthesize vitamin C endogenously, so it is an essential dietary component.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)  – CoQ10 is an important coenzyme, a vitamin-like substance, required for the proper function of many organs and chemical reactions in the body. It helps provide the energy your body needs for cell growth and maintenance, thus providing a wide range of health benefits. Coenzyme Q10 is a compound found in almost every cell that your body can make and stored in your cells’ mitochondria. Mitochondria are in charge of producing energy-generating ATP that provides energy to drive many processes in living cells. However, Coenzyme Q10 levels will decline after the age of 20. And after 80 years of age, it can be lower than the level at birth.

Excessive amounts of free radicals lead to oxidative damage that interferes with regular cell functioning. This is known to cause many health problems. Moreover, supplementing with CoQ10 can help lower oxidative damage, promote exercise capacity and reduce fatigue, thereby improving muscle strength, vitality, and physical performance.

Mitochondria are responsible for the production of energy, ATP, which provides energy to drive many processes in living cells. However, the level of coenzyme Q10 will decline after the age of 20. After 80 years of age, it may be lower than the level at birth.
