My Supplement Routine with Real House Organics
It hasn’t been until I turned 30 that I started to take my health a little more seriously. With a full time job, kids, blog and husband I don’t usually get all the nutrition I need and noticed my body crashing just a little. In ways that I couldn’t explain how to solve, until I started to talk to a friend and do a little research. A few fun products that we’ve been able to take have been the CHAGA of course, I had to see what all the rage was about. Unique Eye Protection and the Rose Hip Oil.
All three providing huge benefits for our health. The eye protection was greatly intriguing to me. I don’t think that our family really thought about the damage that screens cause to our eyes daily. Now thinking about it, it makes sense right?? Well, these supplements help keep your eyes healthy and maintain their longevity. It maintains retina health and prevents photoreceptor damage and full of antioxidants.
Rose Hip Oil I did learn about in school and knowing already the benefits I had to give it a go. It’s become my nightly routine and I love the results of my soft skin and fining lines. Loaded with healthy omegas and keeps the collagen and elastin on point. Lastly, the CHAGA. Such a cool new product to us. I totally notice a difference when I take it. I have way more energy and totally alert all day long. It’s packed with TONS of nutrients and a key fighter against cancer cells. It’s seriously one of the most powerful herbs in the world.
