Directions for Use: 1) Put 2 scoops (~33g) into a cup. 2) Add 250ml of purified water, juice, or other drinks. 3) Shake vigorously or blend until all powder is dissolved. To avoid clumping of the Essence Powder, do not use hot water. After mixing the powder well, use heated water (or milk/other beverage) to adjust the temperature. Texture/thickness is determined by the amount of water added. It mixes well into drinks, smoothies, and oatmeal.
